AFFIDAVIT: State of Ohio, Stark County, ss: Personally came William Warner applying for license for himself to be Married to Celia Kahlor who being sworn, says that he is over the age of twenty-one years, and is unmarried, that the said Celia Kahlor is over the age of eighteen years and is unmarried, reside in Stark County, and that they are not nearer akin than second cousin, and he knows of no leal impediment to said marriage. (signed) Wm Warner. Sworn to and subscribed before me, this 15th day of November 1883, S. Meyer, Probate Judge.
