Clarence Hattermann, 80, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 3 at Methodist West Hospital in Katy.
Clarence was born to Adela and Paul Hattermann in Weimar on Aug. 25, 1933.
Clarence attended school in Columbus. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951 through 1954. He worked at Alcoa for 31 years.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie and Donald German; granddaughters, Dottie and Jessica of Columbus; great grandson, Amari, of Columbus; sister-in-law Delrose Hattermann and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Paul.
Funeral services took place Oct. 5 at the Hubbard Funeral Home and he was buried at Weimar Masonic. Serving as pallbearers were his nephews, Paul Lee Hattermann, Mike Kana and Larry Kana; great nephews, Keith Hattermann and Jason Hattermann; friend, Ern Wheel and honorary pallbearer, Amari.
