Jackie Lea Muery Worley passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 23, 2006. She was loved by her family and friends for she was known for her compassionate and serving heart. She was a beloved wife and mother. Jackie's boys meant the world to her and she took great pride and enjoyment in being an active part of their lives. Born on August 16, 1963 in San Angelo, Texas, she loved her Lord and belonged to Bracken United Methodist Church. Jackie is survived by her husband, Robert L. Worley, Jr.; sons, Robert III and Samuel; her mother, Janet Muery; her father and stepmother, George and Betty Muery; her sister and brother-in-law, Georgia and Glenn Thomas; her niece, Allison Thomas; and her nephew, Ross Thomas. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Carl F. and Ruth Straach, her paternal grandparents, Walter and Rena Muery and three aunts. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 1, 2006 at Schertz Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, June 2, 2006 at Bracken United Methodist Church with Reverend Mickey T. McCandless officiating. Arrangements are with: Schertz Funeral Home.
