WARNASCH, 88, died Tuesday, September 12, 2006 in a local hospital. A native of Rock House, Texas, Royal was born November 22, 1917 To Erwin and Hedwig Warnasch. Royal married Laura Boelsche in 1939. In 1942 he served in the U.S. Army; 87th Mountain Infantry. Royal started his own business in 1972, Roy-Bel Distributing. He was a member of Westbury Methodist Church, a ten year member of the North Side Rotary, an active member of SPJST Lodge #88 and was a committee member of the Houston Livestock and Rodeo for several years. His hobbies were hunting, fishing and dancing the Polka. Royal also enjoyed the casinos in Vegas and Louisiana. Survivors include his loving wife of 67 years, Laura Warnasch of Houston, his daughter Beverly McGaughey and husband Ronnie of Baytown, his son Royal B. Warnasch Jr. and wife Kim of Houston, 3 grandchildren, Gary McGaughey of Austin, Justin and Allison Warnasch of Houston and a host of other loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 15, 2006 at 12:30 P.M. in the chapel of Memorial Oaks Mausoleum with entombment to follow. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. this evening at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Date: 14 September 2006
