      Richard Dworaczyk, of Santa Maria, unexpectedly left us for greener pastures on December 12, 2013 due to complications resulting from heart failure, surrounded by his wife and family.
      Richard was 70 years old, and was born in Beeville, Texas to Felix and Bertha Dworaczyk. He lived the majority of his life in South Texas, and graduated from Alice High School, in Alice Texas. He met, and later married the love of his life, Margaret, in 1963. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary this March. They proudly raised their three children, Kim, Terry, and Randy, in Texas.
      Richard worked the majority of his life in food service management and food sales and distribution. When he wasn't working, which was rare, or doing Margie's honey-do's, which weren't so rare, he could often be found on Waller Park's disc golf course, throwing frisbees. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, relaxing at home with a book or the Bible, and always had a smile for everyone. A Sunday would never pass that he was not found at church, Revival Tabernacle, where he has served as a church elder since moving to California 5 years ago.
      Richard is survived by his beautiful bride Margie, their daughter Kim, her husband Lance, Kim and Lance's daughter and son, Lacey and Byron, their son Terry, his wife Inda, and daughters Megan and Jennifer, and their youngest son, Randy, his wife Diana, and son and daughter, Randy and Emma. He is also survived by his sisters Margaret, Myrtle, Dorothy, and his brother Felix. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend, and was loved by all who ever had the chance to meet him. He will be sorely missed but he will always continue to be with us in our thoughts and memories.
      A celebration of life will be held at 11am on Monday, December 16th at Revival Tabernacle, located at 105 S. Broadway in Old Town Orcutt.
