Raymond H. Batot, born November 24, 1901 to Gus and Annie Batot in Medina County, died March 6, 2004 at the age of 102. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Helen Kush Batot; daughter, Ruth Ann Batot; son, Robert A. Batot and great-great-granddaughter, Shelby Jean Batot. He is survived by daughters, Evelyn K. and Ray Nell Batot; daughter-in-law, Jo Ann Batot; grandchildren, Robert, Jr., Ann Rene Philpott and husband Rick Philpott; great-grandchildren, Eric Batot and wife Krystle, Ryan and Jessica Philpott, great-great-grandson, Joseph Batot and caregiver, Mary Torres; numerous other relatives and Lone Star Brewery buddies. Raymond was a former employee of Lone Star Brewery. SERVICES The family will receive Visitors on Tuesday, March 9, 2004 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2004 at 3:30 P.M. at Mission Park Funeral Chapels South with Pastor Tom Dietzel officiating. Interment will follow Services in Mission Burial Park South. Memorial donations may be made to Highland Park Lutheran Church or the American Diabetes Association, or to the charity of your choice.
