She was a member of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Cestohowa where she was a member of the Altar Society and on the Parish Council. She was a retired secretary having worked for CCC Group of San Antonio for many years. Janice is survived by her husband Hubert Morawietz of Cestohowa; son Kevin Morawietz and wife Melissa of Gillett, Texas; grandsons Hunter and Luke Morawietz of Gillett; sister Carol Arthur of New Braunfels, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will begin at 5 PM, Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015 at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Cestohowa with a rosary at 7 PM. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 AM, Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015 at the Church. Interment will follow in the Cestohowa Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Christopher Arthur, Dustin Arthur, Todd Morawietz, Joshua Lyssy, Jason Hennings, and Douglas Jendrusch. Honorary pallbearers include Hunter Morawietz, Luke Morawietz, Emily Arthur, and Norman Sanders. Father Dennis Jarzombek will officiate.
