Doris Mary Bukowski age 83, of San Antonio, Texas went to be with the Lord on December 6, 2007. Mrs. Bukowski was born December 28, 1923, in Three Rivers, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband Tommie Red Bukowski, and a daughter Leanette Jones. Mrs. Bukowski was a longtime member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, San Antonio, TX, and also a lifetime member of Mesquite Trail Drivers in Adkins, TX, a member of the Polish American Society of San Antonio, and Alamo Chapter of Good Sams Club. She retired from Bank of America, Fort Sam Branch. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jack and Debbie Bukowski of LaVernia, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette and Edsel Hager of Hamlin, WV; brother, Mike Dworaczyk, Granado, TX; brother and sister-in-law Edward and Sandra Dworaczyk, Milano, TX. Grandchildren, Mollie Sultenfuss, Teri Bloyd and husband Brian, Richard Bukowski and wife Nora, Anna Jean Prichard and husband Rusty, Tomi Jo Posey and husband Troy; great-grandchildren, Evan Flores, Rembrandt and Jason Bukowski, Hayden and Kelsey Bloyd, Miranda, Alex, and Aurora Prichard, Meagan and Morgan Posey, and many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Friday, December 7, 2007 from 5 Ð 9 PM at Sunset Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited the same evening at 6:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, December 8, 2007 at St. Patrick Catholic Church at 11:30 AM. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The American Cancer Society and, The American Heart Association. Pallbearers are: Andrew De'Ath, Richard Youngblood, Mike Dworaczyk, Larry Dworaczyk, Gary Dworaczyk, Richard Bukowski, Thomas Dworaczyk and Roger Armentrout. Sunset Funeral Home.
